Rather than only talking about the issue, we work with what may be happening beneath it, allowing deeper and more lasting change to become possible.
No. You remain aware, present, and in control throughout the session. Hypnotherapy is not unconsciousness or mind control — it's simply a deeply relaxed and focused state where the mind becomes more open and responsive.
Not at all. Many people come in simply knowing that something feels "off" — emotionally, mentally, or in their relationships, confidence, or daily life. You don't need to have the perfect words for it. We begin with what you're currently experiencing and gently explore from there.
Yes. All sessions are conducted online. The only requirement is that you have access to a quiet, private space and a stable internet connection so we can have a smooth and uninterrupted experience together.
Many people also find it easier to relax and open up when they're in the comfort and familiarity of their own environment.
Healing looks different for everyone, but we usually begin with a foundational journey of six sessions. This allows enough space to understand patterns more deeply and begin creating meaningful change. After that, we review your progress together and decide what feels most supportive moving forward.
Yes, sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Because time is reserved specifically for you, missed sessions or cancellations made with shorter notice may be charged in full. If something unexpected comes up, you're always welcome to communicate openly.
That's completely okay. You don't need to "perform" healing or know exactly how to explain everything you feel. Sessions move gently and at your pace. Often, the work begins simply by creating a space where you no longer feel the need to hold everything alone.
